A note about the AI features

The AI features (photo estimates, description parsing, recipe suggestions, coach chat, plateau insights, workout review) use large language models. They can and will be wrong.

The coach's tone may sound authoritative. The recipes may look trustworthy. The macros may be confidently stated. None of this is medical advice. None of it has been reviewed by a doctor, a dietitian, or any qualified medical professional. The model's training data has a cutoff and a bias. It will sometimes invent things. It will sometimes be confidently wrong in ways that sound right.

The app never displays a medical disclaimer on every AI response, because that would be unusable. Instead, this page exists. By using the AI features, you acknowledge this.

If something feels wrong, stop
